To submit an RMA, first log into your account on our website.
In your account, you will see "my orders" on the left side.
Clicking on this will take you to your orders. Find the right order and click on "view" on the right side.
Once you have clicked on the correct order, you will see "return items" under the total amount in the orange box.
Once you have clicked on it, you can indicate what you want to return.
You must also indicate the reason for the return.
Explain clearly what the problem is, so our RMA department can process your request faster.
Once everything is filled in, click on "send" and the request will be sent to us.
Now you can send your return and it will be processed.
Returns without RMA request will be not taken into consideration.
